Salad-In-A-Jar Hommus Dressing
- 1 can organic chickpeas, drained & washed (or do your own)
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 1 tbsp tahini OR ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cold pressed olive oil *opt
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- pinch paprika
- water if needed, to meet your desired consistency (not super thick in this case for the Jar Salad)
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender and store in a glass jar.
If you want to make a beautiful Salad-Jar, simply put this dressing in the bottom, then layer ingredients above it. When you are ready to eat, simply give it a good shake up and pop the top!! Yummyyy.. Jar-Salads are the best salads in the entire world!
